I guess I see pretty priviledge as a good thing if by this we mean that people who take better care of their looks and their health should be looked at in better ways.

I tried to deny this a long time. I refused to focus on my outer appearance because I stubbornly supposed that my innate value was powerful enough to shine through.

The problem is, no one will get close enough to you or take the time to listen and see you unless they are attracted by something on the outside. And of course, we are not all born with “beauty,” whatever that means, but we can become attractive through how we project ourselves physically.

Of course we should encourage each other to be the best version of ourselves.
